Start with the format you prefer: a vape, flowers, a joint, an edible or a liquid for your own device. Then choose the cannabinoid and compare the content per unit on the product pages. If you are not sure which product fits, our customer service team can help you choose.

We primarily use DPD for most shipments. However, for cash on delivery (COD) orders to Germany we exclusively use UPS to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process.

After placing your order, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this on our website to monitor your order's journey to your doorstep. We ship with UPS.

Absolutely! We know how important privacy is, so we make sure that all shipments are discreetly packed. There are no logos, labels, or any other hints about the contents on the outside of the package.

If there’s an issue with your order, the best way to get it sorted quickly is to send us an email. Please include a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, attach photos or videos so we can assess the situation. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution. Please, keep in mind that we have 1 month to resolve a claim, but we’re trying to do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.

If you have a problem with your package, you can contact the shipping company directly, as they’re responsible for the package during transportation. Please note that shipping companies do not work on weekends, so the status will not be updated during that time. Packages are also not scanned every day, so if the status is not updated, please wait at least 4-5 business days, and if the status does not change after that time, contact the shipping company for more information or email us at shipping@canapuff.com
